Black Pencil Project: Cainta & Binangonan, Rizal

2009-10-29
BPP: Cainta and Binangonan Rizal

I was so glad I had a chance to join the BPP Team.
This time's outreach was to give study kits to Typhoon Ondoy victims.

Of course, our main objective is to give JOY to them through the project aral kits and secondly.... hit the shutter button of my cam. hehehe

The three brains of Black Pencil Project:

Travel to Brgy. Janusa, Talim Islands, Binangonan, Rizal was a challenge.
The way to the port and the port itself was still submerged with water from the Laguna Lake.
Wooden bridges/walkways were just built to make the fish port accessible.
And we even used a small boat to transfer the boxes from the truck to the real boat.

And upon reaching Brgy. Janusa Elementary School, those priceless smiles from the students were just simply rewarding.
